1. GENERAL POLICY

Redacted Arms LLC is committed to providing high-quality products and transparent policies. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

By placing an order with Redacted Arms LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • The product does not need to be unopened, but must not show excessive wear, damage, or modification
  • The return must be authorized in advance by Redacted Arms LLC

To request a return, customers must contact support@redactedarmsllc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

3. RETURN WINDOW

Authorized returns must be received within 15 days of confirmed delivery.

Returns received after this period may be denied or refused at our discretion.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Redacted Arms LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing excessive wear, misuse, or damage
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be voided at no cost.
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Certain specialty or limited-production items may be subject to additional restrictions.
  • Leber V2 Orders are subject to a $40 cancellation fee if canceled prior to shipment.
