This website is operated by Redacted Arms LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, including purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use this website.
2. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF WEBSITE
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to purchase our products. You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing may change at our discretion.
4. PRICING, BILLING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your credit card statement as REDACTED ARMS.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Redacted Arms LLC to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Return Eligibility
Redacted Arms LLC accepts returns on eligible products that are in resalable condition. Products do not need to be unopened; however, they must not show excessive wear, damage, or alteration beyond reasonable handling.
All returns require prior authorization. Customers must contact support@redactedarmsllc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return Window
Authorized returns must be received within 15 days of confirmed delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on the customer’s financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing excessive wear, damage, or misuse
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned without prior authorization
6. WARRANTY POLICY
Redacted Arms LLC provides a limited lifetime warranty on qualifying products.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies only to products that display the engraved “REDACTED” marking and are identified on the product listing as including a “LIFETIME, NO QUESTIONS ASKED WARRANTY.”
Warranty Claims & Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping products to Redacted Arms LLC for warranty evaluation.
If a warranty claim is approved, Redacted Arms LLC will cover return shipping to the customer.
Warranty Duration
The warranty remains valid for the operational lifetime of Redacted Arms LLC. If the company ceases operations, all warranty obligations are considered fulfilled.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, surface marks, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
Warranty Determination
All warranty determinations, including approval, repair, replacement, or denial, are made solely at the discretion of Redacted Arms LLC.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Standard Orders
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be voided at no cost to the customer.
Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Specialty & Limited-Production Items
Certain specialty or limited-production items may be subject to additional restrictions.
At this time, Leber V2 are the only products subject to these additional terms.
Leber V2 Cancellations
Orders for Leber V2 canceled before shipment are subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
Once an Leber V2 has shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the standard return process.
8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redacted Arms LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
